This is ~Inai-Bara's original character, a vampire named Luka de Versailles ^^ I did this for my club, ~m-trois, where artists draw each others' original characters. I'm too lazy to re-type my comments, so if you want to read the real commentary it's on the ~m-trois version here: [link]

Umm....yeah. Used a reference -- Yami no Matsuei, volume 5.

"When you do something in black and white like this, it puts more emphasis on the lineart. And since I don't have a table, my lineart's not generally as detailed as I would like."

Actually, I think it looks striking, and very professional :D The colour you've left on the eyes is a nice touch too. :nod:

Thanks ^^ Though what I mean is....the lineart I had a ref for -- body, flowers, bg -- looks good, but the lineart I had to pen in myself using a mouse doesn't. Mostly his hair, lol XD I'm getting better, tho.
